Method

How to make grape tartlets

On a lightly floured work surface, roll out the roll of brisee dough.
Cut out the shapes of the tartlets and place them inside the buttered molds making them adhere well to the edges.
With the tines of a fork, make holes in the dough.

Prepare the cream cheese. Put a saucepan on the stove and melt the butter, then add the flour a little at a time, stirring.
Then add the milk, turning over.

When the mixture is homogeneous, add the parmesan and pecorino and mix thoroughly.
Then transfer everything to the brisee.

Clean the grapes, cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds.
Move the molds into a dripping pan and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
After this time, take the dripping pan again, without being burnt, and add the grapes, arranged in a radial pattern. Cook another 10 minutes.

Your grape tartlets are ready to be enjoyed.
