First we prepare the filling to cool.

We wash the apples and peel them.

We put them on the grater with large mesh, then we squeeze the juice (which you drink, just don't throw it away;)).

Put the oil and then the apples in a pan.

Add sugar and vanilla sugar.

We leave them on the fire for about 10-15 minutes, during which time we keep spinning them.

Finally, sprinkle the bark, mix them well and let them cool.

In a bowl put 6 tablespoons of oil and 4 tablespoons of flour.

Mix them well and put them on the fire for 1-2 minutes, until you get a thick sauce.

Put flour in a bowl.

Over add the rest of the oil, mineral water, vinegar, sugar, baking powder, essence, and grated orange peel.

Knead well until all ingredients are homogenized.

Divide the dough in half.

Spread one sheet of each piece and grease them with the flour and oil sauce, which we also divide evenly.

Roll the sheets, put them in cling film and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

After this time we take them out, knead them a little, each one separately and spread two sheets again.

Place the apple filling on each and roll them well.

We take a tray, put baking paper in it and place the pies in it (I think they can be put in cake trays).

Put the tray in the hot oven, at a suitable temperature, about 40-50 minutes.

When they are ready, take them out and let them cool, then powder them with sugar.

Enjoy your meal!!!
