First we prepare the filling to cool.

We wash the apples and peel them.

We put them on the grater with large mesh, then we squeeze the juice (which you drink, just don't throw it away;)).

Roll the sheets, put them in cling film and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

After this time we take them out, knead them a little, each one separately and spread two sheets again.

Place the apple filling on each and roll them well.

We take a tray, put baking paper in it and place the pies in it (I think they can be put in cake trays).

Put the tray in the hot oven, at a suitable temperature, about 40-50 minutes.

When they are ready, take them out and let them cool, then powder them with sugar.
