This time I chose an ice cream with a refreshing mint flavor. Spirulina powder gives this ice cream an intense green color to match the taste, and comes with many health benefits. Hot chocolate is one of the favorite drinks of many of us, especially during the cold season. For this reason, we have prepared a list of 5 delicious recipes that will teach you how to turn simple hot chocolate into the tastiest drink to enjoy in tune with the weather outside.

1. Hot chocolate with pumpkin and Nutella

  • 1 cup of milk
  • ½ cup of cream for cooking
  • ¼ cup of pumpkin puree
  • 3 tablespoons Nutella
  • 170 g chopped dark chocolate

In a bowl, add the milk, cooking cream and pumpkin puree and heat over medium heat. Stir continuously until you get a homogeneous composition, and then add Nutella and dark chocolate. Keep the mixture on the fire until it becomes creamy enough, after which you can add the vanilla extract. In two large cups you will pour the resulting composition and if you want, you can add cream and a little cinnamon sprinkled on top.

2. Hot chocolate with oranges and cinnamon

  • 2 sachets of hot chocolate with a creamy consistency
  • 300 ml milk
  • ½ orange-free teaspoon
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder

Mix the sachet of hot chocolate with the milk in a bowl and boil the composition over low heat. After the mixture has started to boil, keep it on the fire for another 1/2 minute. After following these steps, add the orange essence and mix. Pour the composition into cups and sprinkle cinnamon on top.

3. Hot chocolate with cardamom

  • 2 tablespoons chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 crushed cardamom berries
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla

You will heat, over low heat, the milk together with the 3 cardamom berries and you will let them boil for about 10 minutes. Separately heat the butter and chocolate, and then mix the whole composition. After mixing the contents, add the milk and continue to mix. Then it's time to stop the fire and all you have to do is take out the cardamom beans and add the teaspoon of vanilla.

4. Hot chocolate with mint

  • -3 cups of espresso coffee
  • 30 ml mint liqueur
  • 50 ml chocolate topping
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 200 ml of milk
  • cream (optional)
  • mint leaves (optional)

You will boil the milk over low heat, after which you will add the cocoa powder and the chocolate topping, mixing very well until you obtain a homogeneous composition.

In another bowl, mix the mint liqueur with the three cups of espresso. With the help of the resulting composition you will fill half of the cups from which you are going to drink, the rest being supplemented by cocoa milk.

If you want your hot chocolate to look nice, you can choose to add cream and a few mint leaves.

5. Hot chocolate with meringues

  • 1 l whole milk
  • 100 g condensed milk
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 170 g chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 g almond extract
  • cream, soft meringues, cakes

In a large bowl you will add whole milk, condensed milk, cocoa powder, chocolate, vanilla extract and almond extract. Put all this composition on the fire and stir continuously to make sure it does not stick to the bottom of the pot. After the mixture is quite hot, you will stop the fire and pour the composition into cups. Now it's time to add the meringues and cookies.

Add the mixture to the egg bowl. We also pour the lemon juice in the bowl. Mix with a spatula or wooden spoon to combine the ingredients.

Pour the dough obtained in a rectangular tray (37 & # 21527 cm) lined with baking paper. Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. After the countertop is baked, let it cool, then cut it in half, horizontally.

Then prepare the green countertop. Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the flour mixed with the powder of eight, the pistachio pudding and the baking soda. Mix carefully in the dough to combine the ingredients.Pour the dough into the same tray in which I baked the yellow top. Bake for about 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Let the countertop cool.Pregaitm cream. Boil the semolina in milk. Add vanilla sugar and vanilla pudding. Mix carefully so as not to form lumps. We cook a thick porridge, which we then let cool.

Beat the butter with the powdered sugar, then add the cold pudding, spoon by spoon. Mix well to obtain a smooth cream. At the end, add the mint liqueur and mix.Divide the cream into two equal parts. We keep 3 tablespoons of cream for decoration.

We place the first countertop on a tray. Sprinkle it with hot water and grease it with 2 tablespoons of jam. Apply half of the cream on top.Then add the green top and syrup it with mint liqueur, then grease it with apricot jam.

Spread the remaining cream evenly over the green top.Cover the cream with the remaining top. I put the cake in the fridge for 3 hours.

Then prepare the chocolate icing. Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie and mix it with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Pour the icing over the top and put the cake in the fridge for another 3 hours.Cut the cake with a damp knife and decorate it with cream set aside. We can also decorate it with mint leaves. Good appetite and increase cooking!
