cup loosely packed fresh mint, stems removed

gallon (64 oz) lemonade

cans (8 oz each) 100% pineapple juice

Fill a large pitcher halfway with ice. Top with pineapple, lemon or lime slices, and mint.

Pour lemonade, pineapple juice and vodka into the pitcher and stir to mix. Serve and enjoy.
