It's my son's work. He is the specialist in making pancakes. I'm chibitz and I took pictures, and the few that I thought late.

  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 600 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • a pinch of salt
  • Sweety

Servings: -

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Pancakes with jam:

Beat eggs with a pinch of salt.

Add the oil, flour and milk, mixing well so that they do not remain lumpy.

Take it with the polish and put it in the hot pan, turning it to spread on the whole surface.

My pan does not need to be greased with oil.

When it is done on one side, it turns on the other side and when it is done, it is placed on a plate.

When they are all done, grease them with jam, roll and eat.

I ate with cherry jam, quince and plums.

On top I pulled a strip of raspberry topping.

The classic recipe for pancakes filled with jam

We all really like pancakes, so I thought I'd share with you the classic recipe for pancakes filled with jam, as far as I know.
I think it's the easiest dessert to prepare, although it takes us a while to spin them all, but it's worth it.
This is my basic recipe, which I make most often.


Ingredients

1. Combine eggs with milk, both at room temperature. Incorporate the sugar, vanilla essence and salt powder, then add the oil.
2. Gradually incorporate the flour and mix the dough until the flour is incorporated.
3. Heat the pancake pan over medium heat and grease it with a drop of oil, which you spread with a silicone brush.
4. Spread the pancake batter (about one polish / pan, depending on how big the pancake pan is) and spread the dough quickly into the pan.
5. Fry the pancakes on both sides for about 1 minute, then take them out and fill them with jam, jam, chocolate cream, fruit and / or ice cream.


A simple pancake recipe

mix continuously until a dough of a thick consistency is obtained.

After all the flour has been added, gradually add the milk (it is important to mix continuously to avoid lumps).

At the end, add oil and water. The dough should be free of lumps, silky and liquid.

If you like thicker pancakes, you can leave the dough in the fridge for about half an hour to "rest". I prefer thin and fine pancakes, so I prepare them as soon as the dough is ready.

The next step is very important. For the preparation of pancakes you need a good pan or a special one for pancakes.

Heat the pan and grease with a little oil or butter (do not use too much oil or butter, so that the greasy pancakes do not come out). Keeping the pan up on the fire, with the help of a polish or cup, pour the dough. Rotate the pan in a circle so that the dough covers the entire surface evenly. Then place the pan back over the fire, which should be suitable.

When the surface of the dough loses its luster and the edges of the pancake turn golden, it is a sign that it must be turned from side to side.

Using a spatula, turn the pancake. Cook for a few seconds and remove from the heat.

* If you do not use a special pan for pancakes but a regular one and you notice that the dough sticks to the pan, try to grease the pan with oil every time you pour the dough, if this trick does not help you, it would be good to change the pan.

* While frying the pancakes, if you feel that the dough has thickened you can dissolve it with a little water.

Pancakes can be spread with honey, any kind of jam, chocolate cream, cheese or any filling, both salty and sweet. They can easily adapt to any fad :)
