More About This Recipe
- Have you ever wondered why we call “peach cobbler,” peach cobbler? As it turns out, the fluffy-tender biscuit topping on this classic Southern dessert just so happens to resemble cobblestones which is where the name “cobbler” came from. You may also be wondering how we managed to take this already-irresistible dessert up another notch. The answer? We made it adorably mini, of course! Our mini peach cobblers are as sweet, buttery and mouthwatering as any full-size peach cobbler, not to mention just as good served alongside a scoop of vanilla ice cream, just sayin’.
