It warmed up and my grandchildren like a lot of ice cream. This ice cream is my niece's favorite.

  • 400 g.frisca
  • 2 egg whites
  • 8 tablespoons of sugar
  • 300g. strawberries

Servings: 8

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Strawberry ice cream:

Peel the strawberries.

Wash and mix.

Whisk the egg whites together with 4 tablespoons of sugar until you turn the mixer bowl over and the egg whites do not fall out of the bowl.

Beat the cream with 4 tablespoons of sugar until it doubles in volume.

Mix the cream lightly with the strawberries, then pour everything over the egg whites, stirring from the bottom up very easily.

Put the composition in cups or boxes and leave it in the freezer for 5-6 hours before consuming it.

How to prepare homemade ice cream with sour cream and strawberries:

Cut the strawberries into slices, then place them in a blender and add the milk, vanilla essence, a little salt. Mix until smooth, add sugar, incorporate it into the ice cream composition, and when it is homogeneous, add sour cream. Mix well with a fork, then put the composition in the freezer for an hour. After 60 minutes, take out the ice cream and, with the help of a mixer, turn it into a creamy paste. Repeat this step once more, then add large pieces of strawberries and place the ice cream in a clean and good-looking bowl. Leave it in the freezer for a few hours before serving it as a dessert for your loved ones! Do not hesitate to add a chocolate sauce, for an extra flavor!

Even if the weather outside doesn't make us think of summer recipes at all (I don't know about you, but in Cluj City it's at least terrible weather, it's raining or it's not raining, but it's cold to crack my basil on the balcony), I force the note and ask for my right to a summer like a book, with a strawberry ice cream. You're going to ask me how I know this ice cream is good if I haven't even tasted it? It's very simple: if 4 people get a casserole of ice cream ready in less than half an hour and no words are heard from the table, only the sound of teaspoons, it's clear it's good! What's more, it's very simple to make, we don't need the classic yolks, or the bain-marie installation, not even an ice cream machine (although, to be honest, I really want this one). If you have it, so much the better! If you don't have it, we can handle it without it!

Ingredients for 1 kg of ice cream:
- a can (400g) sweetened condensed milk
- 250ml liquid whipped cream
- 400g fresh strawberries, cleaned of tails
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- a teaspoon of vanilla extract (or kernel from ¼ vanilla stick)
- a teaspoon of lemon juice

Wash the strawberries well and put them in a blender. Mix the strawberry puree with the 2 tablespoons of sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. In a large bowl, mix the condensed milk and liquid cream with the mixer until we have a fine cream (7-8 minutes in KitchenAid, at high speed, with the egg white palette). We also put strawberry puree, which we incorporate into the cream using a spatula. Pour the composition into a large plastic saucepan and place in the freezer. After 30 minutes, remove the pan and mix well with a mixer or whisk. We put it back in the freezer. Repeat this operation 2-3 times, then leave the ice cream in the freezer until ready to serve. This mixture from time to time helps us to have a creamy ice cream, without ice crystals.

If you have an ice cream maker, all the better, you can put the composition in it and freeze it according to the machine's instructions. But I assure you that even using the frozen / mixed method you will have a very good ice cream! So what do you say? Do we force the sun to rise? Strawberry Ice Cream - Recipes

A dessert with seasonal fruits: strawberries. We really like these fruits and we want to take advantage of them while we find them in the markets.

What you need for 2 servings (picture 1):
& # 8211 300 gr frozen strawberries (I had fresh strawberries and I froze them)
& # 8211 200 gr fat yogurt (I used sheep and buffalo)
& # 8211 200 gr sweetened condensed milk

Work plan:
& # 8211 Put all the ingredients in the blender, mix them for 1 minute, obtaining a sorbet (picture 2). It can be served in this phase as well. The combination is absolutely insane.
But we wanted strawberry ice cream. Thus, I put this paste in a container (picture 3) and left it in the freezer for 1 hour. To get a creamy ice cream, I took the ice cream out of the freezer and mixed it to break the ice crystals. Leave in the freezer, or serve. Absolutely delicious and refreshing (picture 4)

Strawberry string ice cream

I promised you last week, when I published the strawberry curd recipe that I will tell you a recipe in which to use this cream. I wasn't determined then what to use it for. I was tempted to try a cake like entremet, but as it takes a long time and as time is always limited for me, I finally chose to make something faster but just as tasty: strawberry curd ice cream :)

Good idea, right? And super quick recipe, especially when you have the cord already made, you also have an ice cream maker. Flower in the ear. As the cord itself is a fairly caloric and consistent cream, the simple fact that I added it to a double amount of cream made me have the perfect base for a strawberry curd ice cream.

For those who do not yet know, or have not seen the recipe for strawberry and cardamom curd, I mention that this, although it has a slightly exotic name, is nothing more than a cream based on butter and eggs whose main ingredient is a fruit juice. You can make virtually any kind of fruit, but the most popular being the lemon cord. On top of that, I haven't tried it yet. I already tested a simple strawberry cord two years ago, a cherry cord last year and now this strawberry and cardamom cord.

And I like this sweet and sour cream so much that there will be other recipes from this kind of cream that has become my favorite because it is simple, pleasant and very versatile. The curd can be used in many combinations, in dessert recipes such as cakes, cakes of all kinds and even ice cream as is the recipe for strawberry curd ice cream today.
